HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL ART?
All digital downloads will be delivered via email.
HOW DO I BUY ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?

CAN I PURCHASE ART PRINTS?
Yes. Each painting/digital art is available for print. You can select the item choices during checkout.
WHY IS YOUR ART SO EXPENSIVE?
The price reflects the brand, quality, originality, exclusivity, and rarity. As well as time spent idealizing it, creating it, marketing it, and promoting it. Artists often sell their original works at a higher premium due to the exclusivity. Once it’s sold, only that buyer has possession of it. Therefore it will be reasonably priced.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
We ship within 1-2 weeks. Please note: shipping times may vary based on shipping method chosen.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international deliveries. For questions or concerns about your international shipment, reach out to us via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.
WHAT ARE THE TEN BOOKS?
The ten books are ten motivational self-help guides (click menu or front page artwork to view each book and purchase). To enlighten, motivate, and inspire, as well as to help men & women become better versions of themselves. While bridging the gap of understanding between sexes in an ever-changing world.

HOW DO I PURCHASE BEATS?
Click “beats” on menu, then click “add to cart” on each beat. For the beat tapes, click on each project to purchase. It will take you to Shan’s bandcamp page (shanmaurice.bandcamp.com) where you can purchase the full project or each track separately. Please see leasing terms in the track’s description, as well as below.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
If you’ve created an account you will be able to track your order within your account profile.
For orders without an account profile, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. All shipments are processed with USPS.
WILL I GET AN EMAIL WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking.
HELP, I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM!
Reach out to us via our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include pictures of the damages and your order number (starting with "SHAN-") and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?
We aim to respond to all emails within 24-72 hours M-F.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS MISSING?
In the unlikely event that a package arrives and a product from your order is missing, we will only send replacements for the missing product if the item is available. The customer must contact us via email (info@shanmaurice.com) or contact form within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered.
WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS STOLEN?
When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Route Protect was purchased at checkout.
HOW DOES ROUTE HANDLE REFUNDS OR RE-ORDERS?
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

ABOUT MY ORDER: CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to make adjustments to your order, we only can do so before the item is shipped. So in most cases you have 24 hours to reach out to us if you need to make a change.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us at info@shanmaurice.com ASAP. We can only cancel an order if it has not been processed through our fulfillment center.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Sorry, but we can only edit shipping addresses for small spelling and grammatical errors, but can’t change the address completely. We can cancel your order if you entered the wrong address, just contact us at info@shanmaurice.com.
Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item. Please double check your address before placing your order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we are unable to receive a response from you after reaching out numerous times, or after 5 days to confirm your shipping address, we may choose to cancel and refund the order.
It is crucial to ensure that your address is complete, including the apartment or suite number, when checking out. This helps us process your order smoothly, and ensures that you receive your products without any issues.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay or After Pay.
CAN I BUY USING CRYPTO?
We will begin accepting crypto payments in the near future. For now we accept only credit/debit payments, or Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, or After Pay. Please review all current payment methods in checkout first before submitting payment.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?
All digital sales are final. All physical sales are final once shipped.
